Peter Mous will start work as CEO of Centric effective July 1st, 2022, succeeding Johan Taams. Mous, currently a non-executive board member of Centric (one-tier board), has extensive experience as a director and consultant at IBM, Ortec Data Science and ICT-Office, among others. Centric's board is seeking the advice of the Works Council on this matter.
Taams and CFO Patrick Rosengarten have different views on the policy to be pursued than the other three Centric board members. For this reason, both directors are leaving. They are doing so by mutual agreement and will carefully hand over their tasks.
Rosengarten will remain in active office until October 1st, 2022. Announcement of Rosengarten's succession as CFO will follow shortly. Centric's board appreciates the dedication and commitment of Taams and Rosengarten.
In addition to Mous, chairman Louis Luijten and Aike Schoots are board members. Centric has had new governance since the beginning of last year. Since then the shareholder has not been a director or commissioner of Centric. Centric is a solid company employing 3,700 enthusiastic professionals.
