The Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal today appointed Peter Wakkie as executive director at Centric. His appointment follows the Enterprise Chamber's ruling on November 3rd. Mr. Wakkie previously served as an executive director at Ahold and as a supervisory director at ABN Amro, Wolters Kluwer and TomTom, among other companies.
In addition to Wakkie, the Enterprise Chamber appointed Willem Meijer as non-executive director and chairman of the board with a casting vote. Together with incumbent non-executive director Peter Mous, he forms the non-executive board. Both new directors start immediately.
The Enterprise Chamber also announced that the shares in Centric Holding held by Sanderink Investments, with the exception of one share, will come under the management of lawyer Marcel Evers.
