Action, Europe’s fastest growing non-food discounter, opened its 2000th store in Prague on 20 January. As its preferred IT partner, Centric supported the retailer in the roll-out of this store as well.
Centric provides part of the physical infrastructure for each roll-out of an Action store with Managed Services for Retail. This includes, for example, installation, maintenance and management. Fred van de Water, Head of International Retail Delivery at Centric says, “The impressive speed at which Action is opening stores in Europe demands a high level of process optimisation and constant intensive collaboration between all parties.
