Gouda, 19-10-2022 - Centric announces today that its shareholder, Mr. G.P. Sanderink, will be appointed as non-executive director and chairman of the board with immediate effect. This decision is prompted by recent developments within Centric.
With the appointment of Mr. G.P. Sanderink, Mr. L.L.E. Luijten (non-executive director and current chairman of the board) and Mr. A. Schoots (non-executive director) will resign and leave Centric in good harmony.
In the coming period, Mr. Sanderink, together with Mr. P. Mous, non-executive director, will focus on appointing a new board, Centric’s strategy and operations.
