As of April, Debby de Gelder will be in charge of Centric Professional Staffing. She will succeed Melvin de Boer as Managing Director of our secondment branch and will combine this position with her current role as Chief People Officer.
Over the past year and a half, Melvin de Boer has served as interim Managing Director, ensuring stability and growth within Professional Staffing during a challenging period for Centric. Under his leadership, the MT together with all employees took the first steps towards becoming a high-performance organization with a focus on job happiness and personal development.
As of April, Debby de Gelder will take over from him. Debby's complementary role within our secondment activities is in line with her mission as Chief People Officer, which focuses on employee growth, a professional HR organization and striving for a high-performance work environment.
Well acquainted with the secondment industry
Debby de Gelder has extensive experience in secondment and is well acquainted with the market in which Centric Professional Staffing operates. Previously, as COO and Managing Director at Visma|Raet, a software provider for HR&P solutions, she was responsible for secondment, outsourcing, consulting and project management.
