Gouda 29 November 2021 - As of January 2022, Debby de Gelder will join Centric as Chief People Officer (CPO). In this new board position, Debby will be responsible for the development of all employees in the countries in which Centric operates, in line with Centric’s strategy of prioritizing the professional and personal development of its workforce.
The board position of Chief People Officer has been created to foster a high-performance culture within Centric. This means that employees of Centric embrace change, stay focused on improving the customer experience, and are highly motivated and knowledgeable in their line of work. In addition, the CPO will be responsible for the Human Resources organization in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, and Romania.
