Effective August 8, 2022, Peter van Dongen will take over as Interim CFO at Centric.
Van Dongen (61), trained as a chartered accountant, has more than 30 years of experience as CFO at various companies and organizations, including Audax, Etam Groep, Arbo Unie and the Nederlands Normalisatie Instituut (the Netherlands Standardization Institute).
"I see it as my job to put down a perspective that everyone can move forward with," says Van Dongen. "I look forward to setting up the entire information system in the best possible way, so that with it the interests of all stakeholders, such as staff, customers, suppliers and shareholders, are safeguarded."
Van Dongen commits for the period of at least one year. This gives Centric ample opportunity to find a permanent CFO.
