We process all personal data required for an application and possible employment. Think of name and address, address, postcode, telephone number, date of birth, short reports of all contact moments and any other personal data that are important for the application process.

Who has access to your personal data?

The following roles within Centric have access to personal data:

• Recruiters
• Recruitment assistant
• Hiring manager
• Other colleagues / managers involved in the application process
• Board members who have to give approval for taking up employment
• HR assistant
• HR manager who approves proposals or contracts

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

For the collection of your personal data we invoke the basis agreement, legitimate interest or permission.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for as long as it is permitted by law or until you withdraw your consent.
