  • All documents are created on the basis of predefined forms. Seamless integration with SAP eliminates potential sources of error, such as manual entries.
  • Existing master data is automatically used when creating employment contracts, transfer notifications, salary increases, time sheets, certifications, confirmations, individual letters, or form letters.
  • Events, such as an entry in SAP SuccessFactors, trigger document creation. However, it is still possible to initiate a process manually.
  • All documents created automatically comply with your corporate identity. This also applies if there are subtle differences within an organization that need to be represented, for example, for subsidiaries or national companies.

  • Templates are clearly managed and can be easily customized.
  • Documents can be automatically stored in the digital Centric Employee File if required.
