SPAR signed the contract renewal for Centric’s Omnichannel Retail Suite (ORS) on 1 February. This platform enables the convenience stores to provide a quick and care-free check-out for customers. Customers can pay easily and anywhere: at the point of sale in the store, in the web shop or at the door.
Centric supplies the software and provides the hosting and support services to the SPAR stores. The contract has been concluded for an indefinite period.

SPAR has been using ORS since 2015. The accompanying support services are provided to approximately 311 SPAR stores in the Netherlands. SPAR has also been using Centric’s Locus WMS for many years. This makes Centric one of the most important core system suppliers to SPAR in the Netherlands.
