Gouda, July 8, 2022 - The Centric board was recently informed by the Public Prosecutor's Office (OM) that it has opened a preliminary civil investigation into several companies of which Mr. Sanderink is a shareholder (Oranjewoud NV, Centric, and DSS).
The reason for the preliminary civil investigation is the recent reports of unrest within these companies. Centric is of course cooperating fully with the Public Prosecutor and providing all necessary information. Centric is committed to putting the facts first and not the image.
In response to questions posed on June 9 by Dutch MP Pieter Omtzigt to the Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and the Minister of Justice and Security, Centric has informed both ministers that it is willing to provide all necessary information and cooperate in an investigation.
The purpose of the preliminary inquiry is to determine whether there are sufficient grounds to initiate an inquiry by the Enterprise Chamber. This review should make clear whether there are sufficient grounds for actually granting an inquiry.
Centric consists of 3,700 people who make up the company day-in-day-out and provide services to customers. Centric emphasizes that this preliminary investigation will not have any impact on the service or continuity of the company.
