<strong>We're</strong>, on behalf of our customer in Drammen, looking for an experienced Program Manager. Our customer is an automotive supplier, partner to all automakers worldwide. As a technology company, they proposes innovative products and systems that contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions, the improvement of vehicle performance and to the development of intuitive driving. Are you the one to take on this exciting role?<br /><br /><strong>Do you have extensive experience with Project Management and perform your tasks through creative solutions? Keep reading then.</strong><br /><br /><strong>What does a Program Manager do?</strong><br /><strong>You'll&nbsp;</strong>manage development project for system supply to the automotive industry; handle RFI/ RFQ, communicate technical issues with the customers, manage and coordinate conceptual and detailed design, manage sub suppliers. Main responsibility for managing projects with up to 3-10 team members and additional technical specialists.<br /><br /><strong>Site is located in Drammen and travelling abroad should be expected during this project.<br /><br />Your Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Handle RFI/RFQ, communicate technical solutions, defining development projects</li><li>Generate project plans, resource requirements, and risk assessment</li><li>Lead and coordinate the project activities, from design activities, problem solving, sourcing from sub suppliers</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal-, industry- and customer norms, standards and policies</li><li>Report on progress, incidents and development aspects of importance to the project steering committees</li><li>Meet customers’ requirements and expectations of quality and time schedule</li><li>Sustain and support job motivation and satisfaction among the project team members</li><li>Long distance travelling, typically 20-30 days /year, is part of this role</li></ul><br />&nbsp;

<ul><li>Bachelor/ Master in Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering</li><li>Minimum 3 years work experience from similar project (<em>SW Engineering is not relevant</em>)</li><li>Understanding of Project Management, its procedures and required success factors</li><li>Personal skills to manage functional organization</li><li>Deep and keen interest in electronics and technology development</li><li>Interested and comfortable when interacting with individuals of different cultural background</li><li>Fluently oral and written in English and Norwegian</li></ul>
