Centric TSolve and Centric Automotive support customers with flexible engineering demands by means of secondment. This means that our employees work at our customer premises, under supervision of the customer.
Our engineers are all highly educated, minimal on a BSc. or MSc. level in informatics, electronics, telecommunications or equivalent. They are trained in various industry standards and concepts (ISO, CMMI, V-Model), before they will be offered for secondment assignments, to ensure that our customers get an engineer capable for the job and skilled to start right away.
Our engineers have gathered experience on our in-house projects, well coached by senior engineers, operations managers and project managers for optimal project results. Once in a secondment assignment at customer premises, and if required, our engineers will be coached by our operations managers to optimize their performance.
For customers with specific demands on skills or experience, we can provide additional trainings to our engineer. This way, our engineer is always optimally prepared for the assignments.
