Document Management

Arco DocRoom has been developed by our partner Arco. The system is flexible and easy to integrate and that’s why it fits the Centric Building Solutions perfectly. Arco DocRoom ensures a better control of document flows.

To a large extent, there are no extra actions: a lot of standard documents generated by the primary system, such as invoices, purchasing orders, contracts and letters are saved automatically. You can scan incoming ‘paper’ documents such as drawings, letters and invoices, so that they are also available digitally.

The documents are saved in a data base and then found from different angles: construction number, project, relation, words appearing in the text or via the logical tree structure. You can search, add, change or delete information very quickly from each workstation via the internet browser.
