CS Contact is an application for relationship management/CRM used in different branches. However, CS Contact is especially fit for companies in the building sector because the emphasis in this application is on the management of all relations and not only of (potential) customers. It is precisely companies in the building trade that sometimes only have a few customers, but numerous relations with (sub)contractors and suppliers.
With CS Contact, the data of contactmen is managed centrally: this avoids double work and contamination of your files. You immediately see which actions are open for the relation and which ones have been settled. You can link relevant documents with the relation data and generate letters, faxes or mailings via MS Word templates to be defined by yourself. You can register contacts in an easy way and fix contacts to be realized, assign them to a collaborator and synchronize them with MS Outlook among other things.
