Methodology training
It is very important for the continuity of your services that your projects work out efficiently while having a clear structure and coherence. Methods which contribute to this are ITIL®, BiSL (IT management) and PRINCE2® (project management). Training is required to allow your project managers and IT staff to apply this methodology in an optimal way. Our training programmes offer you a direct solution as our trainers supply your staff with the means for an efficient project management and IT management in your company. Since Centric, a leading IT supplier, applies the methodology large-scale, we can provide effective training that is geared to your situation.
ITIL
Information Technology Infrastructure Library, usually abbreviated to ITIL®, has been developed as a frame of reference for arranging the management processes within an IT organization. ITIL is neither a method nor model but rather a set of best practices. In the case of a process implementation with the help of ITIL, all parts of the organization are described and competences/responsibilities are classified according to a certain hierarchy. During Centric’s ITIL training, your staff is learning this by means of practical examples. We offer training on various levels: Foundation, Intermediate and Service Manager.
BiSL
BiSL is the abbreviation of Business Information Services Library. BiSL is a framework based on best practices for functional management and information management. In the course of this training, your staff gets to known the BiSL framework and various BiSL processes among other things. Our trainers give them the tools to apply the framework in your organization.
PRINCE2
PRINCE2 is a methology for project management that distinguishes itself by its applicability on each level in the organization, by introducing clear decision moments for the management while applying to concrete products. Because of this, each project has a demonstrable surplus value for the organization. Some strong elements are the moving force behind projects (business case), the specific project organization and product-oriented planning. We offer training programmes on two levels: foundation and practitioner.
