As an IT service provider, Centric has the essential know-how to train your staff. As we are training our 5,500 employees ourselves, you are assured of an experienced training supplier. Our training sessions are aimed at users , IT professionals and methodologies .
Centric gives you the possibility of determining your own training method: group teaching, a flexible interactive training programme, one to one training or coaching.
Our training programmes are based on the VETER method (Vision, Education, Application, Evaluation and Realization). You compose the elements of your training so that it meets your needs in an optimal way.
Our training programmes offer a good balance between between practice and theory. This way the trainer combines his explanation with practical examples and assignments which the participants carry out at work. If you choose a tailor-made training, we are tuning the subject material to your specific situation.
Centric organizes training in 3 training centres in Oostkamp, Waregem and Zaventem. However, we can also provide training in your business premises.
Centric can hold examinations for obtaining official certificates. A large number of exams is held in our training centres. If desired we can organize a separate exam session for a group of candidates on-site.
