The open character of our management method for office automation gives direct insight into Centric’s management performance. Thanks to our ICT management reporting and trend analysis we make the costs and performance levels of management activities controllable for you. The initiatives that we take within that have a performance increasing and cost-reducing effect. We guarantee taking responsibility for the setting up and reliability of your office automation. We are responsible for providing the underlying infrastructure and user support. 

We provide many services both on site and remotely. Our ICT management is composed of transparent modules, which can be implemented independently.

All sub-activities have been standardized, so that ‘standardized custom work’ is created. This leads to short implementation procedures and reduces both your initial and structural costs.

Centric uses Activity Based Costing where we calculate the costs of each sub-activity. We record the contents of all activities and normalize the implementation in quality, lead and working time. This ABC approach gives you insight into your cost structure. Centric offers openness in its Service Level Agreements: the agreements are measurable, controllable and properly supported for both parties.
